Kolibri spinach is a semi-savoy with medium-dark green leaves. It offers fast regrowth for multiple harvests during the spring. This variety has high resistance to downy mildew – perfect for our wet spring weather. This F1 hybrid matures in 30 days and has good bolt resistance.
Hardy spring vegetable starts in large 6-packs priced at $5.00 each per 6-pack. The large 6-pack plant containers are 2″ x 2.25″ with a 3.25″ cell depth for good root development.
All of these vegetable varieties are our favorites – tried and tested at the Kitsap Conservation District GRACE Garden. They will be hardened off and ready to plant in your early spring garden.
