Red Osier Dogwood

Cornus stolonifera

Native Pollinator

Small white flowers in flat-top clusters bloom from late spring to early summer. Whitish berries, red tinged autumn foliage and bright red bark provide striking fall and winter interest. Cut back hard and plant in sun to encourage the brightest stem colors. Not only a great landscape feature and habitat plant, Red Osier Dogwood is also excellent for slope stabilization or planting in ditches, bogs or wetlands.
