Pink, occasionally white flowers bloom from early to mid-summer. Narrow leaves remain green during the bloom period. This perennial spreads by seed, and is a good choice for a meadow or pollinator garden. Native bees that are adapted to gathering nectar and pollen in a prone position like to visit these nodding flowers.

Plugs are grown in cylindrical tubes about 1″ in diameter. The roots of large plugs are approximately 8″ long.
